  5.    This script provides several commands for selectively filtering certain
  6.    types of WALLOPS messages.

  8.      Alias      Description                                               
  9.      /loud-     make user wallops appear normally
  10.      /loud+     make oper wallops appear normally
  11.      /loudS     make server wallops appear normally
  12.      /silent-   put user wallops in status line
  13.      /silent+   put oper wallops in status line
  14.      /silentS   put server wallops in status line
